The Fine Print
Our Little Friends name prints are supplied complete in a white 14" x 7 frame.
Please ensure all wording is correct when placing your order as mistakes can not be rectified after the order has been produced. The wording used on your name print will be copy/pasted from the text you supply to us when ordering so please enter the wording carefully and include any capitals/punctuation where required.
The illustrations used are at our discretion and therefore the colors and characters used may vary from examples shown online.
Shipping Times
Our products are personalized and individually produced. Orders are normally dispatched in 6-10 business days (standard/free shipping). Orders for our Christmas Eve boxes are pre-order only and will be shipped from October onwards.
We will try where possible to ship your order sooner than these times.
Tracking Your Order
Please email us at support@framemyname.com and we will be able to supply a tracking number & estimated delivery date.
Occasionally shipping can take a few days more than our guideline times so if you have not received your order within these timescales please email us at support@framemyname.com with your reference number and we will look into it for you.
